1. Terms of website use

  1. The terms and conditions on this page (referred to as terms of use), tell you the terms on which you may make use of the website www.cquestrate.com (the site) and the associated software, content and services, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. In order to use the site you must first agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the site. You can accept these terms by:
    1. clicking to accept or agree to these terms of use, where this option is made available to you in any relevant user interface on the site; or
    2. by actually using the site. In this case, you understand and agree that your use of the site will be treated as your acceptance of these terms of use from that point onwards.
  2. These terms of use form a legally binding agreement between you and Cquestrate Limited in relation to your use of the site and the associated software, content and services.
  3. References to you or your means you and, if you use the site or submit any Content (defined in paragraph 7.1 below) on behalf of your employer or another entity, then this includes that employer or entity.

2. Accessing the site

  1. Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis, and Cquestrate Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the site without notice (see below). Cquestrate Limited will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
  2. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
  3. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of any security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. Cquestrate Limited has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Cquestrate Limited, at any time, if in the opinion of Cquestrate Limited you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

3. Copyright

The website HTML, text, images audio, video, software or other content that is made available on this website are the property of someone – the author in the case of content produced elsewhere and reproduced here with permission, or Cquestrate Limited or its content suppliers. Before you use this content in some way please take care to ensure that you have the relevant rights and permissions from the copyright holder.
  2. You may display on your computer, download and print pages from this website provided:
    1. the content is only used for personal, educational and non-commercial use;
    2. the authors of material on the site must always be acknowledged; and

    1. Information that you provide by filling in forms on the site. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
    2. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
    3. Details of your visits to the site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access.
  2. We value your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
  3. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data and personal information (including email address) is not distributed to any third party.

13. General legal terms

You agree that if Cquestrate Limited does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these terms of use (or which Cquestrate Limited has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of its rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Cquestrate Limited.
  4. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these terms of use is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the terms of use without affecting the rest of the terms of use. The remaining provisions of the terms of use will continue to be valid and enforceable.
  5. No person or company shall be third party beneficiaries to these terms of use.

  1. These guidelines (together with our terms of use above) set out the basis on which postings on the site are to be made. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your contributions to the site and how we will treat it.

    1. Be respectful of all others at all times. Discussion and debate is fine as long as it’s productive.
    2. Please remember that these forums are inclusive of ALL people, and we strive to maintain accessibility to everyone.
    3. Please keep discussions on topic.
    4. If a post or thread contains spam (unsolicited advertising) it will be removed. Active users in good standing are allowed to have links to personal sites in their signatures, in their profile, and may post them in threads on occasion (just not often, please) as long as the content of those links does not include abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated material or any other material that may violate any applicable laws (including, but not limited to, copyright material).
    5. Adult Content/Violence/Illegal Activity: Messages containing sexually oriented/violent/illegal dialogue, images, content, or links to these things will be deleted. Messages with links to or suggesting illegal activity will also be deleted.
